Most products** purchased from this site may be returned, within 30 days of shipment, for a full refund. All merchandise must be returned in saleable condition. Clothing must be unwashed and unworn. Defective or incorrectly shipped product may also be returned during this same time period. Merchandise refunds are given at the current selling price. Please check packing list for return address information. Ferris Outfitters is not responsible for shipping charges for returns unless the return is due to an error on our part.

Your original sales receipt is required for all merchandise returns whether purchased online or in store.

Most products** purchased in store may be returned within 30 days of purchase, for a full refund. To be eligible for a full refund, you must have your original sales receipt, products must be in new condition and must be returned with all pieces originally shipped as well as the original box in which the product was shipped. Product that is not defective must be returned unopened. Do not remove shrink wrap or plastic from product that is to be returned.

**Software, computers, and course packs are non-refundable. Calculators, flash drives, and electronics are not returnable if opened. No returns are given on "Sale Merchandise".

Shipping Policies

We do our best to ship orders as soon as they are received. General merchandise may take up to 1 to 2 business days after the order is placed to process.

Our UPS pickups are on weekdays at 3pm. Deliveries are made Monday through Saturday.

Due to duty fees, we are unable to ship internationally, including Canada. We apologize for the inconvenience.

In Store Pick Up

You can choose to pick up your order at Ferris Outfitters. General merchandise may take up to 1 to 2 business days after the order is placed to process. Orders must be pick up within 30 days of purchase or will be returned to salesfloor.
